STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

I have handled and continue to handle only two (2) areas of law:

  • CRIMINAL LAW
  • FAMILY LAW

I believe that an attorney’s experience is vital to the accused when selecting counsel to represent them.  I have nearly FORTY (40) years trial experience as set forth under “CRIMINAL DEFENSE” and “FAMILY LAW“.

Martindale-Hubbell is a worldwide ratings service established in 1868 applicable only to attorneys.  The attorney is rated on general ethical standards and legal ability.  Legal ability ratings are based on performance on a scale of one (1) to five (5).  (One is the lowest, five the highest.)  These ratings are assigned based upon surveys to local attorneys and judges.  My current rating means “a very high ethical standard” and “distinguished” in my field(s) with a 4.4 out of 5 peer rating.

When selecting an attorney, it’s not only important to focus on experience, it’s important to find one that really listens to you, weighs the pros and cons of your individual case, and aids you in making the right decisions.

REMEMBER, IF YOU HIRE MY FIRM TO REPRESENT YOU,
YOUR PROBLEMS ARE NO LONGER YOURS ALONE, YOUR PROBLEMS
BECOME MY PROBLEMS.
